the breakfast buffet offered a very good selection for the hotel type. i found the staff to be very attentive and kind. the location was excellent with many restaurants and shops nearby.
The noise isolation was not good. This was not very pleasant. the small room i was given was not very clean. There was dust, and the smell was bad.

the hotel is secure. the beds provided excellent comfort and the rooms were spotlessly clean. non-feather pillows were provided upon my request. the breakfasts were very good with sufficient options available.
the sound isolation within the room was not perfect i could hear some noise from the hallway .

Fantastic Stay in a Great Location!

I appreciated the proximity to the metro, made getting around quite easy. There were numerous restaurants and shops nearby. I found great variety. The room was clean and well-kept. This added to the comfort. I liked the kettle in the room. It allowed me to make tea whenever I wanted.
The noise from the street was noticeable. It sometimes made it hard to fall asleep quickly.

The staff was helpful and friendly. They were always ready to assist with directions. Check-in and check-out were efficient. The process was smooth and quick. The front desk offered luggage storage. This made exploring the area easier before my train.
